Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on KZ8. KZ8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x), specifies the total amount that must be wagered on qualifying games within the stated validity period.
KZ8 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance automatically. KZ8 is not obligated to provide notice prior to expiry.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party system outages may result in temporary unavailability of services. KZ8 will endeavour to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit KZ8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
KZ8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, KZ8 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, available real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via a payment method approved by KZ8.
Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting KZ8 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed as normal.
